How Booked Now Works

A simple, predictable flow for your organization and the people you serve.

1. Your organization sends event details. We set up the event page: date/location, ticket price, max tickets (optional), and waiver text.
2. Families buy online. Students enter their info, select quantity, and complete the waiver.
3. Receipt + records. Each order produces a school-branded receipt, clearly labeled “Powered by Booked Now.”
4. Admins track everything. Your dashboard and reports show totals, orders, and exports.
