These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Booked Now platform and services operated by Booked Now Inc. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for compliance with applicable laws (e.g. data protection, tax, consumer rights).
If you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Subscription fees and payment terms are as set out at signup and in our billing portal.
Event organizers using our platform are responsible for their events, pricing, refund policies, and compliance with law. We facilitate ticketing and payments but are not the seller of tickets unless otherwise stated. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the organizer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booked Now Inc. and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for other reasons as permitted by law.
